Community Action 5K May 2010: 18:19

Marathon:  Boston 2010 3:07:03

Half Marathon: Utah Valley 2010 1:21:51

Rex Lee 9K  2010  34:13

Short-Term Running Goals:

2012 Racing Plans

January - probably a couple 5ks

February - Rex Lee 10K if I can confirm it will be an accurate course this year

March - Moab 1/2, maybe a 5K

April - Boston!

May - Provo City 1/2, probably a 5K

June/July - Utah Valley 1/2, a couple 5ks

August - Hobble Creek 1/2

September - 5ks

October - Maybe St. George if I get in, otherwise lots of 5ks :)

Personal:

I am a dental hygienist/stay at home mom.  I am married to a wonderful man that thankfully supports my crazy love for running.  I have 3 little boys, ages 5, 3 and 10 months that keep me running even after my workout is done.

12 mile run.  9 mile "Beast" loop, then added on 3 more.  I was definitely tired from the workout yesterday, but felt pretty good especially towards the end.

Tuesday Track workout at the BYU indoor track with Emily B., Julie E., Josse and Rebecca.  4x1 mile repeats at 5krp with 2 laps active recovery (~600M) between reps.  I was shooting for 5:50-5:55.

5:52, 5:50, 5:51, 5:49

The third rep was definitely the hardest.  I'm trying to work on being more mentally tough so I pictured myself at the end of a 5 or 10K because that was exactly how I was feeling.  I was glad to get it done and really pleased that they were pretty consistant.
